Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Handles patient check-in/check-out processes.
• Answers calls regarding appointments and general inquiries.
• Reviews patient charts for accuracy prior to appointments and ensures required information is available.
• Performs scanning and sorting within the EMR system and updates patient data.
• Collects patient payments and verifies insurance information.
