Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Effectively handles the patient check-in/check-out process.
• Answers calls regarding appointment times and general inquiries.
• Reviews patient charts for accuracy before visits and ensures required information is complete.
• Performs scanning and sorting within the EMR system.
• Verifies and updates insurance information with patients.
• Collects patient payments and performs other duties as assigned.
