Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service estimations and collect copays, deductibles, and coinsurances.
• Maintain accuracy in the registration process.
• Use hospital registration software and EMR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
