Kingman Healthcare is seeking an Patient Access Representative to support patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will handle early registrations, collect copays, and ensure accurate EHR entry while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and experience in healthcare registration or billing. Shift coverage includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• 1 year of registration or billing experience in healthcare (Lead PAR).
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support patient satisfaction goals.
• Field calls, respond to inquiries, and refer accounts to financial counselors as needed.
• Pre-register, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients per guidelines.
• Balance daily cash, process payments, and verify insurance eligibility.
• Lead PAR duties: train staff, perform QA audits, schedule coverage, participate in interviews.
