Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check patients in for appointments and verify demographics accurately.
• Provide kiosk support and monitor patient wait times as needed.
• Explain insurance requirements and assign primary/secondary/tertiary coverages.
• Obtain signatures and disclosures, explain financial obligations, and collect fees.
• Post cash and manage patient financial records according to guidelines.
• Schedule followups and referrals; handle multi-channel inquiries.
• Inform patients of copays, deductibles, and coinsurance and collect payments.
• Maintain patient recall and reschedule lists and process regulatory forms.
• Maintain medical records and assist with referrals and pre-certifications.
