Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register incoming patients and support check-out.
• Coordinate front line office activities for efficient service.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details at check-in.
• Provide kiosk support and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Communicate financial obligations and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain patient privacy and release records following regulations.
• Process referrals, pre-certifications, and recalls as applicable.
• Manage multi-channel messages related to appointments and requests.
