Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Register patients accurately and collect personal/medical information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Verify demographics and insurance details, obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Collect payments including co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Obtain signatures for required consents and documents, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records in the EMR.

Formation

H.S. Diploma or GED (preferred)

Less than 1-year Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
