Job summary

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and healthcare office experience, with a strong motivation to work in a clinical setting and deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and serve as a direct contact and resource to patients.
• Manage the flow of clinical scheduling and related materials.
• Communicate delays or changes to patients and staff.
• Serve as a resource to registration, scheduling and clinical staff.
• Contribute to The Iowa Clinic Experience with every interaction.
