Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission with clarity and care.
• Verify insurance and process required documentation for the visit.
• Support front desk operations and coordinate with clinical and support teams.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient flow to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics, histories, and payments.
