Qualifications

• 1-3 years clerical experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.
• High School diploma required; some college helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, verify benefits, and handle pre-certification and financial clearance.
• Ensure patient data is accurate and up to date in the electronic record.
• Serve as the first point of contact with patients, families and insurers.
