• Preferred two years of customer service experience in healthcare or call center.

Responsibilities

• Registers and checks patients in/out following procedures.
• Verifies demographics, insurance and other information, notifying guardians for minors as required.
• Conducts routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Copies/scans patient materials into the electronic medical record.
• Records non-clinical charges and handles payments.
