Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers and/or checks patients in/out.
• Performs patient check-in at the time of visit; records and verifies all demographic, insurance and other information; ensures registration guidelines are satisfied.
• Conducts routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Copies/scans patient access related materials into the electronic medical record.
• Records non-clinical charges and processes payments.
• Handles and reconciles payments.
