Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Clerical, communication, and customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify demographics accurately.
• Ensure all check-in procedures are completed and monitor patient wait times.
• Read and interpret insurance responses and assign coverage accordingly.
• Explain financial obligations and collect fees at time of service.
• Process referrals, appointments, and physician requests as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
