Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years clerical experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.

• Facilitate patient entrance into Mercy facilities, including scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance.
• Ensure the patient data is accurate and entered into the patient record with attention to detail.
