Atrium Health is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Representative in Charlotte to support patients by linking their experience across PACT and practice sites. You will assist inbound callers, perform outbound follow-ups, and triage with nursing staff as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, and maintaining accurate records. You will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional customer service and manage multiple systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and ability to work with a variety of patients and patient situations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required.
• Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages.

Responsabilités

• Link the patient experience between PACT and the practice site.
• Assist inbound callers and make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; ensure accuracy of records.
• Escalate complex problems and coordinate with RN for triage as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and document interactions across systems.
