Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and the practice site.
• Assist inbound callers and make outbound calls as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to RN when necessary.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations/reschedules.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information and update records.
• Document interactions across multiple systems.
