Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare or related customer service area.
• Knowledge of customer service workflows and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and practice site per policies.
• Assist inbound callers and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Escalate complex problems and perform basic tech troubleshooting as required.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate cancellations/reschedules; verify demographics and insurance.
• Update medical records with patient information and verification details.
• Route to triage or nurses for emergent issues when needed.
• Provide service per departmental standards and document interactions.
• Support organizational marketing by sharing information and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain system knowledge.
