Guidehouse is seeking an Admitting Representative to be onsite at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA. The role involves patient registration, arrival, and check-in, collecting demographics and insurance details, and ensuring complete registration in the EMR system.

You will verify insurance, explain financial requirements, and handle collections as needed. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, 0–2 years of hospital/customer service experience, and a high school

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of hospital or medical customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Mansioni

• Perform accurate patient registration, arrival and check-in.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information for registration.
• Verify real-time insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
• Perform cashiering and collect patient portions at point of service.
• Assist in orientation and training for new associates.
