Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the registration process.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and balances due.
• Assist with Kiosk check-in and signature collection on forms.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial clearance.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain neat registration area and protect patient information.
