• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certification: Medical office technician or medical assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones promptly and courteously across multiple lines.
• Schedules and cancels appointments and registers patients.
• Collects insurance info, co-pays, and verifies demographics.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate check-in/check-out procedures.
• Routes calls to appropriate areas and supports daily office tasks.
