Job summary

DMS Health Technologies in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Patient Access Representative Scheduler for an on-site role. The position supports scheduling, patient data handling, and on-site coordination with facilities and pharmacies. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a rotating on-call schedule.

On-call pay is $200 per week plus actual hours. Remote work is not available. The role requires a high school diploma and prior scheduling experience, with strong customer service and detail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior scheduling experience and familiarity with medical scheduling software is a plus.
Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills.
Strong accuracy and detail orientation.
Professional demeanor over the phone.

Responsibilities

Handles scheduling and rescheduling appointments, cancellations, and resolving conflicts.
Collects and reviews patient information and pertinent symptoms before exams.
Calls facilities, technologists, and pharmacies to verify daily schedules.
Ensures pharmaceuticals are ordered and delivered on time.
Reviews physician orders prior to exams and maintains accurate records.
