You will greet patients, register them, collect insurance and demographic data, and assist with pre-certification/authorization while guiding patients on pre-service requirements. This role emphasizes efficient patient flow and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant job experience.
• Licensure/certification can substitute education/experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for procedures and coordinate with staff.
• Register patients and enter demographic, insurance, and clinical data.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize patient flow.
