CareMore Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist I to support patient access. You will handle routine scheduling, calls, data verification, and documentation in a centralized or practice setting, following approved scripts and workflows.

Under supervision you will learn scheduling best practices, EMR use, and escalation processes while ensuring accurate information and HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of customer service or healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience with scheduling platforms and EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and escalation guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming patient calls and requests using approved scripts and standards.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments per guidelines.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, contact, and appointment needs in scheduling/EMR.
• Route clinical questions and messages to licensed staff or queues.
• Provide routine information on appointment prep and access processes.
• Document call outcomes and scheduling actions in designated systems.
• Escalate complex concerns or system issues as needed.
