Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries professionally.
• Register patients with demographics, insurance, and contact details.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations where needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
