Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographic and financial information
• Collect insurance cards and identification; update medical records
• Process point-of-service data collection and collect co-payments
• Maintain work queues according to supervisor guidance
• Interact with patients and coworkers to ensure high customer service
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, refer to clinical team as needed
• Sanitize registration equipment and restock supplies
