University Hospitals Sharon Family Physicians in Ohio is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, verify demographics, insurance, and payment information, and schedule visits. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, accurate service to patients and families while supporting the medical care team.

Responsibilities include entering data in EPIC, assisting patients with MyChart, handling referrals, and communicating important details to staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of EPIC and MyChart is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check patients in and out for visits and verify demographics.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, enroll patients in MyChart.
• Enter and validate insurance and financial information.
• Process patient payments for copays and balances.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI compliance.
