Job summary

Children's Wisconsin in West Allis, WI is seeking a Scheduling Registration Representative to welcome families and coordinate appointment scheduling using EPIC.

You will work with the CMG Contact Center Supervisor and clinic leadership to ensure accurate registration, HIPAA compliance, and excellent patient experiences.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED; less than one year of healthcare or call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or HSED required.
• Less than 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in a call center or patient access setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patient families to scheduling and serves as liaison with clinics.
• Uses EPIC scheduling to manage appointments, wait lists, cancellations and related queues.
• Registers patients and guardians with MyChart when applicable.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and ensures accurate registration data.
• Collaborates with clinic leadership and CMG contacts to achieve optimal outcomes.
