Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet/check-in patients and manage front desk operations.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays.
• Perform outbound calls for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Process referrals and maintain accurate EPIC records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
