Duly Health and Care in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

You will support provider schedules, verify insurance in EPIC, and assist with referrals, all while upholding HIPAA and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients at check-in and check-out and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize access and reduce wait times.
• Use EPIC and other systems to verify demographics, insurance, and collect forms.
