You will support inbound callers, perform outreach, and help schedule appointments while verifying insurance information and updating records. Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and ability to work with a variety of patients and patient situations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling diverse customer/patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and practice site using established policies and procedures.
• Assist inbound callers and perform outbound follow ups when needed.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting for online applications or access.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information and verify coverage.
