Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Epic or similar patient management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient appointments and enter patient information.
• Check patients in and out and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate communication between care teams and departments.
• Handle referrals and appointment reminders as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service in a busy call center/outpatient clinic.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
