Responsibilities include checking in patients, verifying demographics, tracking wait times, handling insurance ranking, obtaining signatures, and communicating financial obligations. This role requires strong clerical and service skills and a patient-first mindset.

• Explain financial obligations and collect fees at time of service.
• Complete regulatory forms and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Handle multi-channel messages about appointments, referrals, and prescriptions.
