Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance information.
• Check in patients for appointments and communicate wait times.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when due.
• Process referrals, handle multi-channel patient inquiries, and schedule follow-ups.
