• Schedules and directs patients through NMHC systems with patient-friendly communication.
• Conducts medical necessity checks for scheduled services and informs patients of options if issues arise.
• Communicates financial account issues related to encounters and completes out-of-pocket estimations.
• Participates in Quality Assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and supports process improvements.
• Cross-training across departments to ensure coverage and continuity of service.
