Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions and concerns.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinates scheduling and directs patients through NMHC systems.
• Performs medical necessity checks and informs patients of options.
• Completes out-of-pocket estimations for patients.
