• Verifies and creates subscriber information in computer systems.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and provides required forms for parents.
• Interviews/identifies legal guardian information to complete accounts.
• Ensures claims are ready for submission by reviewing codes and resolving issues.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
