Job summary

Westchester Medical Center in New York is seeking an Access Center Ambassador to be the first point of contact for patients and callers. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80–100 inbound calls per day and route to appropriate departments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the EHR (CERNER).
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality.
• Provide information and resolve inquiries related to appointments and billing.
