Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to multi-channel inquiries regarding appointments, referrals, refills, etc. in accordance with guidelines.
• Adheres to scheduling guidelines and escalation protocols.
• Maintains high level of customer experience while managing call queues.
• Displays empathy, courtesy, and professionalism with callers and colleagues.
• Strives to resolve inquiries in a single interaction.
• Ensures accurate demographics and insurance coverage, and updates patient records.
• Performs front desk duties including scheduling and registration as needed.
