The University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking a full-time patient access representative to support the UR Med Access Center. This role handles inbound inquiries, schedules appointments, and guides patients through registration and basic billing questions in a busy clinical setting.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure timely access and accurate information.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answers large volume of inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other interfaces to schedule patient appointments and resolve inquiries.
• Provides information and performs basic technical support while adhering to established protocols and workflows.
• Monitors appointment schedules and communicates with patients to ensure efficient access and minimize delays.
