Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other interfaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other interfaces.
• Schedule patient appointments and handle billing inquiries per procedures.
• Provide basic technical support and respond to patient/physician inquiries.
• Navigate systems to record information and document problem resolutions.
• Escalate to Administrators or on-call staff when needed.
