Responsibilities

• Collect demographic and financial information; enter data into EMR and revenue systems; obtain emails for confirmations.
• Schedule and pre-register visits, coordinate referrals and tests, and manage missed appointments; ensure patient satisfaction at discharge.
• Answer phones promptly, route calls to appropriate staff, and document interactions in the EMR.
