Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients across assigned access points with accurate demographic information and insurance verification.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies in registration, insurance, or encounters.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other approved channels.
