Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office or related customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registers/registers patients with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Collects patient balances, co-payments, and co-insurance.
• Verifies coverage and obtains prior authorizations/referrals as needed before arrival.
