You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and coordinate follow-up appointments with care teams. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Front office or receptionist experience preferred in a medical setting.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, co-insurance) at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments (cast/measure, delivery, prosthetic care plans).
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient resources.
