• Verify insurance and authorizations as applicable.
• Process payments and handle copays in the system.
• Answer inquiries via text messaging software.
• Cover front desk during peak times or absences.
• Support overflow work for front office staff.
• Assist with interpreters scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned.
