Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Richmond, VA. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling registrations, scheduling, and payments while ensuring accurate records and a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail. Training is provided; the team values compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborative support.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful communication.
• Process patient registrations and insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments and manage scheduling in the system.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Handle patient payments and cash reconciliation.
