Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful, strong customer service.
• Answer internal and external calls, route and schedule patients, and enter information into the scheduling system accurately.
• Process patient admissions and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Explain financial options to patients and assist with scheduling and referrals as needed.
