Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients respectfully.
• Schedules appointments and enters information into the system accurately.
• Verifies demographics and insurance information; processes admissions paperwork as needed.
• Collects patient payments and reconciles cash at day end.
• Assists with referrals, authorizations, and MyChart scheduling as required.
