• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound scheduling for hospital and clinic services.
• Pre-registration, insurance verification and patient registration.
• Check-in/admission and patient financial clearance processes.
• Generate patient estimates and process POS collections.
• Document data in EMR and coordinate with departments.
• Utilize EPIC and MyChart for scheduling workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with scheduling needs.
