Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registration & Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for patients at the Medical Office Building in Scottsdale. The role involves registration, scheduling, billing coordination, and chart maintenance, with duties across front desk activities and patient support.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in healthcare or related experience, and a current Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in healthcare-related field and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• 2 years healthcare-related experience preferred (scheduling/registration or patient access) is a plus.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required or eligible within 7 working days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for customers.
• Performs registration: collect signatures, electronic records, and financial responsibility.
• Schedules procedures and tracks no-shows, communicates with physicians and staff as needed.
• Maintains patient charts and forwards necessary information to medical records.
• Transports patients as needed and supports imaging or clinical staff.
• Handles deposits/billing and assists with daily financial tasks.
• Maintains office supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
